Return & Refund Policy

Custom Products (No Returns / No Refunds)

All custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom products include, but are not limited to:

  • Items with names, countries, flags, teams, or personal details

  • Special orders or made-to-order designs

  • Any product produced specifically based on customer input

Because these items are created exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.

Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)

For all non-custom, standard products, we offer a 14-day return policy.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

📦 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or customer-caused damage

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-custom products within 14 days of delivery.

This right does not apply to custom or personalized products, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time
