Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carriers.


Custom Products (Made-to-Order Items)

Processing & Production Time

All custom or personalized products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Production time: up to 35 days

Processing includes order confirmation and preparation. Production includes manufacturing, quality control, and preparation for shipment.

Shipping Time

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier.

Tracking Information

For custom products, you will receive a tracking number via email after production is completed and the order has been shipped.


Standard (Non-Custom) Products

Processing Time

  • 2–4 business days

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Orders Containing Custom & Standard Products

If your order contains both custom and standard products, the entire order will be shipped together once the custom products are completed.

➡️ This means the shipping timeline will follow the custom product schedule.

To receive standard items faster, we recommend placing separate orders.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or charges

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control

Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped:

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier

  • Responsibility transfers once the package leaves our facility


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
